Provide recommendations on how to maximize the appeal to the guest on vacation in this area. We are also available to manage/hire to implement any investments/changes you decide to make.

Supplies

Assure all supplies are in stock at all times like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & washer detergent, soap and much more. We purchase at discount prices, stock them in our inventory where house. We monitor inventories to avoid mad and expensive dashes to Redding for supplies.

We combine multiple homes in the same area as a single listing supporting much larger groups who struggle to find a place big enough. This might be two, three, four or more homes together. This additional revenue alone (not available to you now) might cover all our fees. We can handle parties as large as 108 currently. We are doing well with Family Reunions, Weddings, Work Retreats and more.
